Meet Beata

I'm Beata — a manicure and pedicure professional based in La Herradura. I trained in Poland in the early 2000s and have run a private nail practice every day since, building 23 years of repeat clients before bringing the practice to Spain in October 2025 — drawn here by the sun and the slower coastal rhythm.

My studio is set up exactly the way I trained: no harsh chemicals, no aggressive drills, plenty of time per appointment. What I'm known for is long-wearing hybrid (Shellac) manicure, precise French finish, and restorative pedicure work — including a restorative health treatment for feet that have spent the summer in sandals.

Tourists and locals are equally welcome. Brief me by WhatsApp before you arrive, walk in, sit down, leave with your nails done.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes — advance booking is recommended for your own comfort. A booked slot means no waiting and no rushed treatment. Send a WhatsApp message with your preferred date and a couple of time options, and you'll usually get a same-day reply.

What are your opening hours?

Bahia Nails is open every day, Monday to Sunday, from 7:00 to 22:00, by appointment — so you can come before or after work. Broken a nail? Send a WhatsApp any time and Beata will fit you in as soon as she can.

How much does a manicure or pedicure cost in La Herradura?

Where exactly is the studio?

Bahia Nails is a private nail studio in Beata's home in La Herradura, just off the N-340: a separate room used only for nails, with a shaded, cosy waiting area outside. It's one client at a time, with private parking at the entrance. To be honest, the view from the main road isn't the prettiest, with the council's recycling bins by the turn-off, but step through the gate and it's calm, quiet and spotless inside.

Where can I park?

Bahia Nails has its own private parking right at the entrance door. The beach is about 400 metres away.

How do I pay?

Cash, Bizum, or BLIK. No cards.

Do you do nail art?

Yes, nail art is possible. It is priced as an extra on top of the base manicure or pedicure, depending on the complexity. Mention what you have in mind when you book, and you'll get a quote before we start.

How long do hybrid (Shellac) nails last?

Typically 2 to 3 weeks of clean wear, depending on how you use your hands. Aftercare matters — you'll get a short walk-through after the appointment to help the finish last.

Do you use harsh chemicals or aggressive drills?

No. The studio is set up to be gentle on natural nails — no harsh chemicals and no aggressive drilling. Most clients notice the difference after the first visit.

I have problem feet — can you help?

Yes. The pedicure health treatment is restorative foot care for cracked heels, calluses, and tired summer feet. It is a slower, deeper treatment than a standard pedicure.

Are tourists welcome, or just local residents?

Tourists and locals are equally welcome. Many clients are visitors who book one appointment per holiday, alongside locals who come every few weeks. WhatsApp works internationally, so you can book before you arrive.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes — Bahia Nails gift vouchers are available in €50 and €100 denominations, valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
